To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Timeframe: You must initiate the return request within 30 calendar days of the delivery date confirmed by the tracking information.

Condition: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition in which you received it. It must be in its original packaging, including all parts, accessories, manuals, and tags.

Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or proof of purchase from Graceful Haven Furniture is required.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

Custom or made-to-order furniture

Clearance items, final sale items, or gift cards

Items damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, or normal wear and tear

Items returned without prior authorization
