Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days.

Approved Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval. The timing of when the refund appears on your statement depends on your bank or credit card issuer.

Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For furniture items requiring special delivery, original delivery fees may not be refundable.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% may apply to large furniture items returned for personal reasons, to cover inspection, repackaging, and restocking costs.
